Urban Cottage was established in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2017, after Principal Broker and Owner, Gina Swanson, relocated with her family from Houston, TX. We wanted to establish a firm that not only put our clientele at the forefront of our daily work but also allow our agents the freedoms and flexibilities necessary to work at the highest levels with their clients. At Urban Cottage we believe that every independent agent fuels their passion within the real estate industry and we provide them the tools and flexibility to contribute to their success with their clientele.
